Barbara Rachko
In February, 2026, I will return to Bolivia with a film crew to experience Carnival — to immerse myself in its rhythm, history, and meaning. Recognized by UNESCO as a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity, this festival offers an extraordinary window into Bolivia’s cultural soul. This trip will be a vital continuation of my creative inquiry of four decades. I hope to create my next body of pastel-on-sandpaper paintings, rich with color, spirit, and the enduring vitality of Oruro’s Carnival.
Shown above is Barbara’s “Sacrificial”, soft pastel on sandpaper, 58″ x 38″ image, 70″ x 50″ framed.

My photographs of the archaeological treasures of the Frissell Museum of Zapotec Art in Mitla, Oaxaca, Mexico, will be included in the book Frissell Museum – Heritage, Identity and Oblivion, to be published by the state of Oaxaca in August 2026. The author, Carlos Pinto Calderon, will bring the museum’s history and treasures to the attention of the Mitla community, most of whom are of Zapotec heritage. Fifty of my photographs will also be on permanent display at the museum.

Grateful to start 2026 with some positive momentum! My artwork “Spirit Rise”, acrylic and 23kt gold leaf on linen, 35″ x 47″, (shown above) received an Honorable Mention, Abstract/Experimental category from Artist Magazine in their 42nd Annual Art Competition. Also, humbled and honored to have a feature in the January issue of Harper’s Bazaar Singapore. I have been experimenting with textural mixed-media elements and am working to incorporate them into works to be shown at the New York Art Expo in April, in addition to Paris and Mumbai across rest of year.

Frantisek Strouhal
Through Global Symphony for a United World, I am expanding my efforts by bringing art therapists into schools and senior homes, and by supporting charitable fundraisers through art donations. Chantal and I are completing our third book to support individuals navigating life’s challenges.
An excerpt: “Contemplation is the key for prayer, art, and ethics, leading to a renewed humanity free from self-centred habits. It offers a way to live truthfully and lovingly in a world driven by financial systems, advertising, and chaotic emotions. Learning contemplative practices is revolutionary, providing the key to seeing the world with freedom and clarity.”
Shown above is Frantisek’s “Encounter with the Unknown”, mixed media: oil printing /lithography inks, 20″ x 24″, featured in “The Healing Power of Color” online exhibition through March 25, 2026. 2026 begins with momentum, featuring two simultaneous solo exhibitions at the Steinhauer Trust Art Gallery at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and the Peace Gallery in Waunakee, Wisconsin. Later in the year, I will present another solo exhibition at the Museum of Wisconsin Art in Milwaukee, continuing my exploration of time, water, and the evolving landscape through lens-based art.
Shown here is Mark’s photograph “In My Father’s Steps”, 36″ x 24″ that was selected for “The Healing Power of Color” 2026 Exhibition presented on The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS website.
Wendy Stegall
Ten of my large and medium-sized abstracts are being featured in our new Maharishi Ayurveda ProductsUSA here in Fairfield, IA. It’s a beautiful atmosphere, but the exciting thing is that they want me to show for two months at a time, several times a year – in essence they’re representing me. Not bad for a tiny town in the Midwest. My new work – the Kundalini-Slinky series fits well in this store that serves primarily the spiritual community in town.
Shown above is Wendy’s work of art Violet Uprising, (Kundalini meets Slinky!), mixed media, 22″ x 30″. It was selected for “The Healing Power of Color” 2026 Exhibition presented on our other website The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS.
Kate Cruickshank

I have just released two beautiful, limited edition, fine art prints of my butterfly original artwork. One of them is shown above titled “Autum Flight”, ink and watercolor, 30″ x 40″. This is currently on view in “The Healing Power of Color” 2026 Exhibition presented on our other website The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS.
100% of the profits from these prints fund free professional group coaching for people navigating cancer. Thanks to collector support, the first fully funded group begins January 25 — art with a special healing mission to support, empower and make a difference. The more prints that sell, the more people I can support so every sale makes a huge difference! Many thanks for sharing.

I am excited about the opportunities that online art exhibits offer. I have a collection of artwork, in various media, that spans over 65 years of creating. My remote home in the wilderness makes in-person visits difficult, and I am interested in sharing my work with the world. The beauty of the natural world inspires me as I paint, to capture the colors, movement, and emotion of the mountains, trees and flowers. emotionn.
Shown above is “The Tree of Life”, oil on canvas, 36″ x 48″. Prints are available in various sizes. This painting was selected for “The Healing Power of Color” 2026 Exhibition presented on our other website The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS.
