“I chose artists who demonstrate superior technical skill and an innovative approach to their subjects, styles and mediums. They express a cohesive artistic vision — in their images and their statements. The selected works of art engage and retain the viewer’s interest after multiple viewings. All artists chosen deserve to receive the promotion we generate to our widespread international audience. ” ~ Renée Phillips
