About the Manhattan Arts International Online Gallery

From 1980 - 2000 we published Manhattan Arts International magazine devoted to promoting artists worthy of recognition. In 2000 Manhattan Arts International was one of the first organizations to establish an online gallery presence. In addition to our members we present online group exhibitions including The Healing Power of Art.

The artists shown on our website are selected by a panel of jurors with expertise in the art world. We believe you -- the visitor -- and the member artists deserve the best. We focus on quality, not quantity.

Ernesto Camacho Whether in the subway, in the streets, or in a park, he always strives to capture his subjects in a moment that solely belongs to them.

	Dustin DeBoer This awe-inspiring photographer established his own enterprise Solid Rock Photography and web site to help people "Relax, Reflect, and Rejuvenate."

	Jody Dunphy “The sustaining relationship we share with nature is expressed in each breath and embedded within the fabric of our bodily systems. In my work I seek to reveal this, and its divine essence...”

	Kathleen King The artist’s obsessive and hypnotic multi layers of mixed media suggest the passage of time and movement, allowing the evocative compositions to unfold before the viewer’s eye, leaving a visual poetic impression.

	Gunilla Lofgren She creates abstract, figurative, symbolic and esoteric compositions that rise from her heart and find their own path free of constraints and parameters.

Keith Morant “My art is always a journey of discovery into the essence of being. It is an effort to externalise the truth of my own existence on as many levels as possible..."

Teresa Pigeon "My most powerful photographs are those where I am connected with the subject; where we have developed a bond."

Nancy Reyner "I paint my versions of heaven; places that are beautiful and meditative not found on earth."

Steven Rodrig His innovative sculpture, which he refers to as “PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Mixed Media”, is created from recycling and restructuring circuit boards and electronic parts.

Bren Sibilsky Her art work is the reflection of her interests in nature and realism. Her sculptures are, "a study in understanding universal emotion."

Joanne Turney "I approach my work with feelings of reverence and gratitude, since it is art that provides me with the gift and opportunity to explore the mysteries of life."

Martha Walker "My imagery is often compared to microbiology, or aqueous forms. Other underlying themes are psycho-sexual, political, and issues regarding time and aging that grow out of my slow and meditative process."
