William Zimmer of The New York Times described award-winning artist Sheila Finnigan's work as "immediately appealing." Cornelia Seckel of Art Time Journal wrote: "Powerful work!" Her work was featured in the book "New American Paintings", published by Open Studios Press, as a result of a competition juried by James Rondeau, Curator, The Art Institute of Chicago. She won Best in Show from the Hunter Museum of American Art and has participated in many international juried exhibitions including one juried by Donald Kuspit. |
